About The Position

The Communications Associate - Security Awareness at ADP is a pivotal role focused on educating associates about information security responsibilities and promoting a culture of security awareness across the organization. This position involves developing engaging communication materials, managing security inquiries, and supporting strategic projects to enhance security practices within a global corporation. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience in communications, marketing, business, information technology, risk, or security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure organization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges proactively.
  • Innovative thinking to apply design thinking to materials and stay updated on industry trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic Design knowledge and/or certification (PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of the IT Security industry and principles of security governance, risk, controls, and frameworks such as NIST.
  • Experience in security communications and/or training focused on driving cultural change for diverse global audiences.
  • Experience with data analysis to track and report on the efficiency of initiatives.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Educate ADP associates on security best practices, standards, and policies through engaging communication campaigns and materials.
  • Monitor and manage the security mailbox, assisting with associate and client security inquiries.
  • Create and disseminate client statements and security alerts.
  • Manage security communication channels and materials, ensuring content is up-to-date on internal and external websites.
  • Lead, coordinate, or support ongoing strategic projects.
