Position Purpose: The Communications & Marketing Manager supports the mission, values, and strategic goals of San Marcos Academy by leading comprehensive communication, marketing, and storytelling efforts across all departments. Working closely with the VP of Advancement and collaborating with Admissions, Athletics, Fine Arts, Academics, and Residential Life, this role strengthens the Academy’s visibility, brand integrity, and community engagement while promoting student achievement, school initiatives, and donor impact. The Communications and Marketing Manager is a 12-month, full-time position based on our beautiful campus.
