About The Position
The Communications & Digital Content Supervisor leads the coordination and implementation of program communications across the agency. This role manages RurAL CAP's website, social media, and digital content strategy, and produces agency-wide materials such as the annual report. While not supervising staff, the position oversees communications processes, maintains content standards, and collaborates closely with communications leads embedded within programs to ensure consistency and alignment with agency messaging. This role plays a central part in shaping how RurAL CAP communicates its mission, values, and impact.
