About The Position

As a CBRE Communications Analyst, you will collaborate with internal partners to create written and visual communication. This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal communications including presentations, email memos, etc.
• Provide manager support for media interview prep.
• Build press releases for distribution to the media.
• Cultivate content for social media channels, track, and report on outcomes and engagement.
• Track media databases and coverage.
• Assist with background research and content development for speeches and presentations.
• Receive confidential information and develop messaging.
• Assist management with administrative needs.
• Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs.
• Help with projects as requested.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and standard processes within the communications space.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
