About The Position

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Communications Analyst to support execution of our internal communications strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) who is a strong writer, enjoys building polished presentations, and wants hands-on experience supporting enterprise communications. In this role, you’ll help bring company messaging to life across email, SharePoint, and internal meetings. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Communications and cross-functional partners to ensure employees receive clear, timely, and engaging updates. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and build foundational experience in corporate communications. This is a hybrid role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite) located in our downtown Nashville, TN office.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field (internships included)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency in SharePoint (required)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and basic design sensibility
  • Comfort working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support Internal Communications
  • Draft and format company-wide emails and internal announcements
  • Assist in maintaining the communications editorial calendar
  • Help coordinate messaging to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Maintain the SharePoint Intranet
  • Update and publish content on the company SharePoint site
  • Help organize pages and ensure information is current and easy to find
  • Partner with teams to gather content and post updates
  • Build Reports & Track Performance
  • Compile monthly reports on email engagement and intranet performance
  • Help track communications metrics and organize insights
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement
  • Support Meetings & Leadership Communications
  • Help prepare presentation decks for town halls and internal meetings
  • Draft initial versions of talking points and meeting materials
  • Assist with coordinating materials and logistics for company meetings
  • Create Polished Visual Materials
  • Format and design clean, professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Apply basic visual design principles (layout, hierarchy, consistency)
  • Ensure materials are visually engaging and on-brand
