Requirements

Responsibilities

- Draft and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to comments.
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve communication processes and overall satisfaction.
- Support the planning and implementation of events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
