Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Making complex concepts accessible and actionable to a wide audience through key messages, fact sheets, social media posts, and creative digital materials.
  • Identifying the right media contacts, drafting compelling pitches and press releases, and maintaining relationships to get journalists excited about issues or announcements.
  • Writing opinion pieces, prepping high-level influencers for interviews, and drafting speeches and talking points for events.
  • Tracking trends in media coverage, key announcements, new evidence, and high-level conversations that may impact global health challenges.
  • Identifying strategic moments and new champions to influence stakeholders and amplify clients' strategic goals.
  • Coordinating with partners to ensure message alignment and effective relationship management.
  • Supporting high-level events by managing logistics, developing agendas, and identifying invitees and speakers.
  • Building coalitions of support for issues through dedicated outreach and organization.
  • Tracking trends in global health policies and funding opportunities.
  • Managing project logistics, including tracking activities and deliverables, organizing calendars, and liaising with clients.
