This position is part of the Field Service team and is responsible for supporting public safety customers across Maryland and Washington, DC. In addition to the team's territory, this candidate will serve the Southern region of Maryland to ensure strong coverage within the territory. Because of the nature of this assignment, candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the service area to enable quick response to outages and critical incidents while on‑call.
