About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in managing communications.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong graphic design capabilities, including proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Available to work full-time in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and direct the creation of compelling materials for various audiences about the company's mission, values, and brand identity.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the communications process to ensure initiatives are on task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate with senior leadership by providing metrics and updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the organization to manage internal and external messaging and channels.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communications strategy to ensure effective communication of business goals and initiatives.
  • Create employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
  • Work with senior leadership on reputation management plans.
  • Manage all social media content and brand identity, including content development and monitoring feedback.
  • Coordinate with videographers to create and edit content.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to ensure web content and social media are relevant to improve recruiting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to communicate Health and Wellness Programs to employees.
  • Support employee relations efforts and improve driver safety engagement.
  • Develop training videos, webinars, and other distance-learning materials as needed.
