The position involves developing teamwork within the Information Systems Team and the Telecommunications Team. The individual will be responsible for establishing effective working relationships with all potential customers of the Health System. Key duties include answering and routing outside calls, screening in-house calls for doctors and staff, processing requests for pages, and providing assistance to patients, family members, and staff in placing calls. The role also includes paging authorized personnel, managing Emergency Hospital Codes, and maintaining the Amcom Database for accurate caller information.
