About The Position

The Marketing Communications Advisor for the Americas is responsible for leading the planning and execution of regional tradeshows and customer events. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with company objectives and branding, manage logistics, and maintain vendor relationships to deliver successful events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in managing regional tradeshows and customer events.
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Willingness to travel as required for event coordination.
  • Creative thinking paired with a strategic mindset to enhance event experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and oversee the planning and execution of regional tradeshows and customer events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure event alignment with company objectives and branding.
  • Manage logistics and vendor relationships for successful event execution.
  • Provide guidance on show and venue selection and vendor engagement for booth builders.
  • Create content for literature and advertisements, and develop collateral.
