About The Position

The Communication Platform Administrator II is responsible for the creation, configuration, modification and retirement of all customer communication templates. They will collaborate closely with Insurance Communication team members and cross functional teams to ensure accurate results per requirements given. This role contributes to enhancing the Hagerty member experience and drives business objectives through template administration, configuration and maintenance. Ready to get in the driver’s seat? What you'll do Platform Management and Optimization Manage the communication platform to ensure efficient communications for internal and external stakeholders, optimizing processes for timeliness and accuracy. Maintain templates within the Smart Communications platform, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of impactful templates. Intermediate Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues related to communication templates or content, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed. Handle complex platform issues that pertain to document templates or workflows. Content Management Take ownership of creating, managing, and updating document templates and communication processes/procedures for various customer segments. Ensure templates are configured and optimized for multi-channel delivery to offer personalized and seamless customer experiences. Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure quality assurance across all communication templates. Automation and Workflow Customization Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure quality assurance across all communication templates. Technical Proficiency Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure quality assurance across all communication templates. Reporting and Usage Analysis Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure quality assurance across all communication templates. User Support and Training Provide training to internal users on more complex platform functionalities, including how to leverage content within the system. Promote user self-sufficiency by delivering support and training on best practices in template management. Compliance and Audit Support Ensure that all communication templates adhere to industry-specific legal and regulatory requirements. Support compliance efforts through regular audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency of content. This might describe you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications or a related field. 1 year experience in template administration, preferably with expertise in the Smart Communications platform. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Organization and project management abilities Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment Good understanding of the Hagerty brand 1 year experience in template administration, preferably with expertise in the Smart Communications platform. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in template administration, preferably with expertise in the Smart Communications platform.
