About The Position

Acts as a strategic counsel for defined areas across the hospital and develops and implements data-driven marketing and communication strategies, leveraging insights to execute and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.
  • Effective project, client, relationship building, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Six years of marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent experience, developing and implementing strategic plans, required.
  • Experience overseeing complex project or work groups,required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Nonprofit environment, preferred.
  • Three years of management preferred.
  • Healthcare experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the Communications Team in the execution of their duties including Graphic Design Social Media Web Site Video production and photography Cause Marketing and Community Fundraisers Email Communication Google Analytics Advertisement and Media Trade encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Oversees the Vehicle Donation Program, encompassing marketing, public relations, advertising initiatives, management of donated vehicles, and interactions with CARS.
  • Coordinates closely with the Communications Committee, leveraging all available marketing, design, and public relations resources for RMHC's benefit, while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Leads cross-functional marketing and communication teams with campaigns and special initiatives driven by service line business priorities.
  • Monitors and reports on campaign performance, identifying and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of efforts.
  • Establishes trusted relationships across assigned areas as a strategic marketing counsel.
  • Makes recommendations for strategic optimization and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to compile, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Participates in market and brand research to identify target audiences and develop strategies.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies.
