About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and culturally attuned Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time support within an Illinois elementary school setting. The Part-Time Bilingual SLP will deliver speech and language services to elementary students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Responsibilities include conducting culturally appropriate evaluations, providing targeted therapy, participating in eligibility and IEP meetings, and offering data-driven recommendations aligned with student needs.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are compliant with state guidelines and reflective of best practices in bilingual assessment. Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively are essential.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field and maintain an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
• An Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement is required or must be obtainable.
• Bilingual proficiency is required for this role.
• All applicants must successfully complete required background and screening procedures.
