About The Position
The Communication Consultant role within Strategic Retirement Consulting's Participant Engagement Consulting team at Vanguard focuses on creating and implementing effective external client communications strategies and plans. This position is centered on specific initiatives, achievements, and changes, supporting the determination of the best media and channels for effective communication and engagement with various external client audiences. The role offers opportunities to consult with plan sponsors, motivate clients, and influence positive outcomes by leveraging data and thought leadership. The consultant will develop strategies that balance the needs of clients, participants, and the business, overseeing their implementation and measurement. Additionally, the consultant will present the Strategic Retirement Consulting value story to clients and sales prospects, contributing to Workplace Solutions OKRs by enhancing plan sponsor perception of the participant experience and deepening participant relationships with Vanguard.
