About The Position

The Common Area Attendant at Club Wyndham Governor's Green Resort is responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring that both indoor and outdoor areas are well-kept. This role is essential in providing a pleasant experience for guests and contributes to the overall mission of Travel + Leisure Co. to put the world on vacation.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the resort to ensure constant cleanliness.
• Dust and polish furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets.
• Re-supply restrooms and locker rooms with necessary paper products.
• Remove trash and maintain the interior appearance by picking up debris and emptying containers.
• Transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property; report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates by responding to inquiries and concerns.
