Housekeeping - Common Area Attendant
About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Common Area Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the resort's communal area spaces, such as lobby areas, public restrooms, and exceptional areas in the resort. Additionally, they are expected to keep these spaces well maintained, clean, and ready in a timely manner for guest usage. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Vacuum guest corridors, stairwells, and keep hallways, public areas, and closets neat, organized, and up to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.
