Together We CAN! The Common Area Attendant will provide a high level of cleanliness and service within common areas, offices, and back of house areas, as needed. Works in Independent Living and Health Care of Glenaire and has knowledge of all aspects of cleaning procedures. Cleaning all public and employee restrooms to community standards. Acknowledge residents and colleagues in a pleasant manner. Follow security procedures regarding resident belongings. Stocking of all public area closets and proactive communication regarding stock levels. Report all maintenance concerns to a EVS Leader. Stock supplies and refill chemicals for Housekeeping cart for next day preparation. Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Has knowledge of infection control, OSHA/SDS, and hazardous chemicals and waste. Able to see that Environmental Service Department performs responsibilities to pass Health Department Inspections in cleanliness. Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required. Completes all special cleaning procedures that are scheduled for monthly, weekly, yearly cleaning. To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the Director of Environmental Services Have high standards to safety, cleanliness, and the property of the residents of Glenaire. Why Us?
