Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal branch employee owners to understand and respond to customer commodity project needs.
• Collaborate with local agents on commodity project bids.
• Support core market growth goals for wire and cable pounds growth.
• Ensure Customer Commitment Form is filled out and signed by the customer before executing a commodity contract.
• Compile information for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategic and core agencies in each metro market.
• Work with the procurement team to manage the flow of material from planning to completion phases.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure material delivery aligns with project dates outlined in the Customer Commitment Form.
• Resolve issues related to quality and delivery with local rep agencies to minimize supply interruptions.
• Maintain teamwork and communication to ensure product deliveries meet customer needs.
• Complete each assigned project and track quotes to provide monthly feedback on individual commodity quotes.
