You will either independently lead or significantly contribute to strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cross-functional alignment. Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of global supply chains, commodity markets, and strategic sourcing methodologies, particularly within technology or complex operational component environments.
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management expertise with a track record of driving significant cost savings and continuous improvements in supplier quality and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen to expertly assess commodity cost structures, evaluate supply risk, and make data-driven procurement decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus across diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Finance, R&D) to shape and execute long-term supply strategies.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and modern procurement tools for accurate forecasting, contract management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned commodities, utilizing deep market analysis and cost structure insights to secure competitive advantage and meet quality targets.
  • Drive measurable cost reduction and risk mitigation by leading complex supplier negotiations, analyzing commodity cost drivers, and establishing robust contingency plans against supply disruptions.
  • Manage and develop strategic global supplier relationships, overseeing contract compliance, performance metrics, and actively driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key supply chain partner for Operations, R&D, and Product Management, providing critical input for material and supplier selection during New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Optimize supply chain operations by leveraging ERP systems and procurement platforms to accurately forecast inventory, manage contracts, and track essential supplier performance (KPIs).
