Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related
4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
Experience managing or supporting multi-million-dollar ($10M+) Capex or indirect spend categories
Proven ability to deliver measurable results (cost savings, cost avoidance, cash flow impact)
Skilled in strategic sourcing, RFx, supplier negotiations, and spend analytics

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing/industrial procurement experience
Procurement of production equipment or capital projects
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Capex procurement: strategy, RFx, negotiation, and contracting
Develop and execute category strategies aligned to cost, timeline, and business goals
Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
Build and manage supplier relationships for performance, continuity, and competitive pricing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and on budget
