As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Commodity Accounting/Data Entry Specialist at our Corporate office in Maumee, OH. This position is responsible for providing primary support to the assigned location in execution of contracts, rates and coordinating logistical support for commodity shipments by rail, truck or barge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1-3 years' relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Enter contracts, create contract folders and ensure the accuracy of files and documents for production.
• Assists with invoicing, collections and payments.
• Manage assigned customer problems with shipments.
• Reviews receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiates the follow-up communication.
