The Commodities Change team supports Operations, Tech and Business teams to drive progress on key initiatives that enable business growth, capacity creation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The team is engaged across the trade lifecycle from trade booking through to reg reporting. Successful delivery of projects requires an understanding of fixed income markets, business needs and an ability to evaluate the current as well as desired future state of the infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible to lead and oversee a global portfolio of projects for the Commodities function which reports into the global Commodities Operations lead. The projects within the portfolio typically entail Delivering an industry-leading operations and technology platform covering trade entry, trade affirmation, allocation, and external connectivity to affirmation platforms Designing and delivering strategic change to the technology and processes necessary to support the Commodities businesses Defining the future vision for operational processes, organizational models, and technology platforms Performing detailed business analysis in order to understand and resolve current issues and develop future strategic change
