About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is currently seeking the right candidate to fill a full time Committed Caregiver Position located in the Franklin County Region of Western Massachusetts What We Offer 40 guaranteed hours every week Vacation time for committed caregivers Daily Pay option Double pay on major holidays Referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedules 401(k) with company match Health, AFLAC & life insurance Paid time off, discounts & sign-on bonus
Requirements
- Must be a Certified HHA or CNA
- Must have Reliable transportation
- Must have Strong communication skills
- Must be Compassionate and dependable
- Must be able to travel throughout all of Franklin County
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with personal care, mobility & hygiene
- Meal prep, errands & light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Respond calmly in emergency situations
