About The Position
This individual will be responsible for converting downloaded commission files and tables into Excel spreadsheets. They will review and analyze incoming commission cases through Salesforce and research/follow up on each case to resolve the issue. They will also be responsible for identifying problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect the commissions payout.
