About The Position

This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team during an exciting time of growth and transformation. As we navigate a merger and consolidate multiple commission systems and plans, you’ll play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions using Xactly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with a leading commissions software platform and learn how scalable compensation structures are built and optimized during a merger.

Requirements

  • Proactive, self-starting, and independent with a strong focus on finding solutions, not just identifying problems ("resolver" mentality).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn SaaS tools like Xactly
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commissions, payroll, finance operations, or RevOps
  • Exposure to Xactly, Salesforce, or other sales/finance systems

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and processing of sales commissions using Xactly Incent
  • Assist in gathering, validating, and loading sales performance data from multiple sources
  • Help reconcile and consolidate legacy commission plans into unified structures
  • Assist in identifying and resolving commission discrepancies and responding to sales rep inquiries
  • Participate in testing new or updated plans in Xactly to ensure accuracy
  • Document processes and contribute to SOPs as legacy systems are phased out
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data clean-up during the system consolidation process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR during the transition
