The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning phase of energy projects, ensuring that all systems and components are installed, tested, and operational according to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in commissioning management within the energy sector.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of energy systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of successful project commissioning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications in commissioning or energy management are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the commissioning process for energy projects, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient commissioning activities.
  • Conduct inspections, tests, and performance evaluations of systems and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present commissioning reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
  • Manage commissioning budgets and resources effectively.
  • Continuously improving commissioning processes and methodologies
