About The Position

Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects. To support our growing client base, we are seeking candidates interested in Commissioning & Integration positions. The Commissioning & Integration Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support commissioning of BTS equipment. This role requires 75% travel. Pay Range: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in engineering preferred (EE, CE, ME, CS, or equivalent technical degree) with 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Prior experience and/or proven ability to develop, train, and supervise junior Commissioning Engineers.
  • Prior experience in commissioning engineering activities required.
  • Very knowledgeable of Wireless Network and Mobile Interworking (Core, BSC, RAN or IP) network elements.
  • Proven experience in fieldwork with a strong technical background.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights using ladders, roof hatches, and catwalks.
  • Proficiency in tools like drills, saws, and sweep gear.
  • Completion of OSHA, CPR, and RF safety certifications (or willingness to complete).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 members, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot radio equipment, fiber optics, and power systems.
  • Conduct commissioning and integration of BTS equipment, including software updates and performance testing.
  • Handle conduit routing, panel wiring, grounding, and steel/concrete platform installations.
  • Perform safety training, enforce safety standards, and foster a culture of safe work practices.
