About The Position
Dematic is looking for a Commissioning Engineer for its Circular Sortation Center of Excellence. This person will be working as a part of an international team to start up automation systems on customer sites. In this role, you'll be creating and optimizing C++ and PLC programs using Allen Bradley, configuring the custom database of the system, producing Safety program documentation, compiling all checklists, and on-site commissioning of sorter systems. This role is based out of our Grand Rapids location but offers flexibility to work on a hybrid basis when not on the customer site. This role may require travel to customer sites up to 75%.
