About The Position
Olsson is offering an exciting opportunity to work directly with the world’s leading technology companies in a high-impact commissioning role. As a key player in our team, you’ll ensure that state-of-the-art facilities—like data centers and other large-scale infrastructure—operate at peak performance from day one. In this role, you’ll: Oversee daily commissioning activities with precision and accountability Conduct thorough pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes Champion quality and reliability to help secure repeat business from satisfied partners We’re seeking professionals who bring deep commissioning experience and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with complex mechanical and electrical systems, and possess a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for excellence
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- 3+ years of experience in commissioning
- Strong Knowledge base of Pre Functional and Functional Commissioning
- Experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Ability to lead projects and self-starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work
- Ability to work with marketing and business development to gain new clients
- Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience preferred
