About The Position

Jordan’s Furniture is seeking a Commissioned Sales Consultant. The company provides paid training, so prior furniture or bedding experience is not required. The compensation structure includes an elevated hourly rate plus commission for the first 8 weeks of employment during the initial training and onboarding period. After this period, the hourly rate will be adjusted to a set rate plus commission, with a total earning potential ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 or more per year. Requirements

Success in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
Professional demeanor and dress
Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 consecutive hours, averaging 7 miles per shift

Nice To Haves
