This role supports the Commission Operations function by processing, validating, and maintaining commission and agent data within the company’s back-office systems. The position is responsible for ensuring commission statements received from carriers and partners are accurately cleaned, reviewed, and imported, as well as supporting ongoing agent account maintenance and data integrity.

  • Receive and process commission statements from carriers and business partners
  • Clean, validate, and format commission data prior to system import
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data errors or inconsistencies
  • Import commission data into the back-office system and verify accuracy
  • Perform agent account maintenance, including:
  • Agent account creation
  • Agent account updates and cleanup
  • Matching unprocessed agents
  • Matching unprocessed commission records
  • Support data audits and reconciliation efforts
  • Complete ad hoc Excel-based tasks related to data cleanup, reporting, and quality control
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleanup, formulas, validation)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
  • Ability to follow defined processes and handle repetitive data tasks
  • Experience working with back-office systems, CRMs, or commission platforms preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
