About The Position

We’re looking for a Commission Analyst to join our team in the US. The is a full-time, onsite position in our Alpharetta, GA office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing sales base. We are seeking a Commission Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team, a key function within Finance. This role will play a critical part in managing and continuously improving the systems and processes that support our global commission program. Reporting to the Incentive Compensation Manager, the Analyst will serve as a key resource for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of compensation plans and payouts, while also driving operational efficiencies and providing strategic reporting and insights. This role will serve as a bridge between Sales, Sales Operations/GTM, HR, and Accounting teams, and will own complex components of our monthly commission processing cycles. The ideal candidate brings not just experience, but also initiative and the ability to influence improvements across the compensation ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience processing sales commissions, preferably in a global SaaS or B2B environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
  • Proven experience with commission plan administration, payout processing, auditing, validation, and hierarchy management
  • Experience building and delivering ad hoc and automated reporting for cross-functional stakeholders & leadership
  • A track record of driving process improvements and documenting workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Experience triaging and resolving compensation inquiries across multiple regions and time zones
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify areas for optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CaptivateIQ preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support forecasting and accrual analysis

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end process for monthly global commission calculations, including plan coding, data validation, payout processing, and payroll reporting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commission system functionality, data structure, and hierarchy management
  • Act as a key partner to Accounting and FP&A, providing reports and insights on quota retirement, commission accruals, and payout forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure timely delivery and execution of annual and off-cycle commission plans via CaptivateIQ and DocuSign
  • Develop and maintain scalable reporting processes and dashboards to support executive and operational decision-making
  • Investigate and resolve complex commission-related inquiries, including booking anomalies, system access issues, and plan interpretation requests
  • Support and/or lead strategic projects to optimize compensation tools, data workflows, and audit controls
