Globe Life is looking for a Commission Analyst to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for calculating, adjusting, and processing sales commissions for thousands of agents. The Analyst will answer queries, researching problems as needed, and explain the way the commission is calculated. The role will be troubleshooting root cause of a problem if necessary and taking corrective actions if needed to ensure accurate pay. The position is also responsible for the accounting & auditing of commission accounts. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
