About The Position

The Commissary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to every location across the park. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient inventory flow, ensuring proper product handling, and supporting daily operations through effective coordination and communication.

Requirements

Must have drivers license
Warehouse experience-at least 1 year preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to multitask
Must be willing and able to obtain ABC permit
Must be willing to attend food safety class
Ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality, and cleanliness
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Can push, pull, grasp, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl, and stand for long periods of time
Can stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Available to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Manage the daily distribution of products, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule to all park locations
Ensure all inventory is organized and stored according to safety and operational standards
Monitor stock levels regularly and communicate with relevant departments to ensure product availability for sales
Oversee and document all product transfers between stores, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting
Track waste and damaged goods, maintaining accurate records and identifying trends to minimize loss
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improve delivery efficiency
Supervise the warehouse team, providing direction and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day
