About The Position

Coborn's, Inc.'s latest step in innovation involves the formation of a Fresh Foods Commissary. Located inside our Cash Wise Foods East grocery store in St. Cloud, Minnesota, this food production and preparation area brings great efficiencies for our business, fresh & high-quality, convenient products for our guests and new career opportunities for our team members. We are hiring individuals who enjoy working with food to help us prepare and package fresh produce and deli products which are then shipped to our retail locations to be merchandised and sold. We are currently hiring for a Commissary Production I: As a Commissary Production I, you will prepare, assemble, and package fresh food items, including but not limited to fresh produce and prepared deli products while adhering to food safety, food handling, and safety procedures. You will prepare foods using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, and portion control while living out Coborn’s vision, mission and core values. Additional Duties Include: Assemble, package, and label fresh food products according to recipes, standards, and health and safety guidelines. Fill commissary orders and prepare products for shipping and receiving. Set-up and operate production equipment, report malfunctions and safety concerns to manager. Requirements

Responsibilities

Assemble, package, and label fresh food products according to recipes, standards, and health and safety guidelines.
Fill commissary orders and prepare products for shipping and receiving.
Set-up and operate production equipment, report malfunctions and safety concerns to manager.
Maintain clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, food safety and operational safety requirements.
