About The Position

The Commissary Operations Team Member/Delivery Driver position at TKC Holdings involves operating a box truck to deliver commissary orders to a jail or correctional facility. The role includes maintaining and safely operating the delivery vehicle, assisting in loading and unloading commissary orders, and ensuring that orders are properly signed for and released to approved personnel. The position requires adherence to driving laws and maintaining required documentation and certifications. The work environment is fast-paced, and the driver will be delivering to three jails a week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year experience in delivering products/inventory preferred.
• Valid state driver's license for assigned vehicles is required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck to deliver commissary orders to specified locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading commissary orders at designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure orders are properly signed for and released to approved KCN employees only.
• Maintain all paperwork/documentation on all inventory shipped.
• Report any discrepancies or incidents related to product delivery or equipment malfunctions/damages.
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance, refueling, and cleaning on the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain all proper forms, certifications, and requirements to remain in acceptable standing with OSHA and DOT.
• Help maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
