About The Position

Support Sales leadership with QBR preparation, pipeline health, account planning, etc. Deliver training on commercial tools and processes. Support major account pursuits and all tasks therein. Ensure application of global Sales and Marketing processes in N/A. Represent the region in global Commercial Excellence forums. Monitor KPIs. Drive adoption and data quality for key business tools. Act as regional SME for systems and data optimization enhancements and change requests. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Coordinate regional account strategies and campaigns. Lead the regional forecast cadence. Prepare routine performance packs. Lend local support as needed for Marketing and Product Management programs. Follow all Company policies, procedures and protocols, while maintaining high ethical standards and code of conduct adherence. Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe workspace.

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences, required
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development or Project Management in B2B markets; pharma or biotech experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM, ideally MS Dynamics 365
  • Working knowledge of S/4HANA, Anaplan, and SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or equivalent platforms
  • Strong analytical ability and executive communication
  • Desired change agent, training users and improving process adherence
  • Process management and continuous improvement capabilities, strongly preferred
  • Ability to map, document and optimize end-to-end Sales and Marketing processes
  • Solid structure problem solving and detail oriented
  • Clear written and verbal communication suitable for executive audiences
