About The Position
Dr. Squatch, a hyper-growth startup inspiring men to be happier and healthier through our natural personal care products, is seeking a Commercialization Senior Associate to join our Product Team! We're looking for strategic thinkers who can identify problems, develop practical, data-based solutions, and drive implementation to support Squatch's growth plans. As the Commercialization Sr. Associate, you will play a leading role in the Product organization, sitting at the center of Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that all launches are executed seamlessly. You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and implementing processes that are built to scale while constantly looking to drive efficiencies. You will partner with company leadership to organize and manage the execution of the DRSQ launch roadmap. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive. The Commercialization Sr. Associate will report directly to the Commercialization Senior Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $85,000 to $90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
