About The Position

DirectHire SEEKING VRF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN Specialist for MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR/SERVICE COMPANY – Dallas / Ft Worth Our client is an HVAC commercial contractor and service business with an excellent reputation for installing Variable Refrigerant Flow systems. They have has been "inducted into the INC5000 and Aggie100 list of fastest growing companies as a result and reward for our good work which often takes place in schools, hotels, student housing, banks, office buildings, high rise apartments, etc. Our Service Department is a newer business unit with ~ 500K in revenue and leading to additional 500K in revenue related to special projects. We expect these to double year over year." Service Technician Summary: The company is protective of our great culture and therefore the right candidate must possess good character, intelligence, and energy. Commitment to safety. Responsible for driving processes to achieve growth goals and financial outcome of the business unit. Innovation: The Service Dept is poised for growth and will require research and investment into technology to improve our functions such as dispatch, inventory, service work documentation, billing, payroll, etc.

Requirements

HVAC technical knowledge, emphasis on refrigerant cycle and low voltage controls.
STRONG VRF/VRV EXPERIENCE
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Effective management of client relationships.
Microsoft environment.: Familiar with VRF/VRV technologies
HVAC Certified School Graduate
5 years commercial VRF hvac service & repair
