Requirements

P&C licensed
minimum experience of 1 year in the following types of insurance: -Commercial Automobile -RV’s and Mobile Home -Flood Insurance -Renters Insurance -Commercial General Liability -E&O Policy
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Computer Proficiency
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year sales experience.
Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.

Responsibilities

To ensure that all captive & independent agencies are correctly writing new and current policies
Communicate critical policy documents to our customers and agents
Provide world-class customer service to our customers and agents
Understand, follow and enforce the Underwriting Guidelines
Acknowledge potential risk alerts within policies to management
Effectively manage and communicate various reports assigned by management
Provide Product & Procedure Assistance to Sales Force
Learn all product knowledge
Effectively operate the Pulse system; managing policies, processing payments, providing accurate information, etc.
Calls to and from the agencies, request inspection, review inspections and photos for compliance, process for notices and reporting
