Requirements

  • P&C licensed
  • minimum experience of 1 year in the following types of insurance: -Commercial Automobile -RV’s and Mobile Home -Flood Insurance -Renters Insurance -Commercial General Liability -E&O Policy
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all captive & independent agencies are correctly writing new and current policies
  • Communicate critical policy documents to our customers and agents
  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers and agents
  • Understand, follow and enforce the Underwriting Guidelines
  • Acknowledge potential risk alerts within policies to management
  • Effectively manage and communicate various reports assigned by management
  • Provide Product & Procedure Assistance to Sales Force
  • Learn all product knowledge
  • Effectively operate the Pulse system; managing policies, processing payments, providing accurate information, etc.
  • Calls to and from the agencies, request inspection, review inspections and photos for compliance, process for notices and reporting
