Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines underwriting
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with an initial focus on in-office training (3 days per week)
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (company-sponsored if not already licensed)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A commitment to professional growth and long-term career development

Nice To Haves

• MGA/wholesale experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with a generalist focus, including real estate (property, liability, auto)
• Assess risks and determine appropriate coverage and pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate underwriting processes
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders
