The Commercial Sales Training group is responsible for equipping CNH's dealer network with the knowledge and skills to sell our equipment and solutions effectively. Training covers equipment offerings, competitive comparisons, and sales strategies, delivered through a mix of web-based modules, virtual sessions, and in-person events. As a Commercial Training Administrator Co-op, you will support the team by managing the logistics and coordination behind training programs, ensuring trainers can focus on delivering engaging and impactful content. This role provides valuable experience in training administration, event logistics, and learning management systems (LMS).
