Our Commercial Trainee Program (CTP) is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills and gain exposure to various roles within our Sales organization. This one-year program offers a unique opportunity to learn about the sales process and how our products reach consumers through hands-on experience in our Front-Line Sales & Distribution Centers. Throughout the CTP, trainees will engage in field experiences within our U.S. Wholesaler operations, allowing them to understand the commercial routines of our business. Participants will also have the chance to work on projects that enhance their commercial skillset and build long-term career potential. By owning a sales territory, trainees will drive business results using sales analytics tools and selling skills, while collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our supply chain. This program is not just about learning; it’s about preparing for a future leadership role within our organization. After completing the training, CTPs will be well-equipped to take on managerial positions, leading teams of Sales Representatives and contributing to the success of our Sales organization.
