CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Top Helper Plumbers for a commercial project in Corpus Christi, TX. Work Scope: Candidates should have 2-4 years of plumbing experience and be eager to advance their careers and work toward obtaining their Journeyman license. This position is temp-to-hire for strong candidates who perform well on-site. Responsibilities include commercial plumbing rough-ins, digging trenches, setting fixtures, and working with PVC and copper piping. Helpers will also assist with pipe cutting, measuring, and layout while supporting lead plumbers in all phases of construction.

Requirements

2-4 years of commercial plumbing experience
Desire to advance career and earn Journeyman license
Skilled in rough-ins, trenching, and fixture installation
Experience working with PVC, copper, and pipe cutting tools
Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Strong focus on safety, learning, and teamwork
