As a Tire Technician, you will maintain and repair all equipment and tires on company vehicles, as directed by your supervisor. You will also perform routine fleet checks and communicate any findings accordingly. In addition, you will also be responsible for washing the trucks and trailers. Job Description Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Benefits start on day one! Compensation starting at $19.50-$24/hour You will contribute by: Rotate tires to different positions of various automobiles, trucks, and equipment. Repair and replace tires, tubes, rims, wheels, and other tire-related components of the vehicles; Includes mounting and dismounting using hand tools or machines, as needed. Inspect rims, hubs, studs, and lug nuts for excessive wear, cracks, bead damage, tread condition, and other indications of improper wheel alignment or impending tire, wheel, and axle related failures. Drive service trucks in order to perform road calls. Clean trailer exterior and interior when necessary for repair work. Other job duties include performing tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance. Follow all safety protocols at all times when working in the shop.
