Key Responsibilities: Our Commercial Tire Technicians keep the transportation industry rolling and safe! Qualified candidates will be safety minded and ready to help customers in their highest time of need.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Must be able to lift, twist, push/pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a commercial pickup truck including F250 or F350
  • Must be available for on-call and after hour service rotation, and own reliable transportation
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with overtime as needed
  • Mandatory on call rotation 24/7 per business needs (usually a set schedule)

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for all tire related services throughout fleet including mounting, installation, inventory, preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation
  • Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) during business hours performing flat tire repairs or replacement
  • Night service 24/7 performing roadside flat tire repairs or replacement
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance best practices including yard checks, visual inspections, tread depth checks, air pressure checks, identifying abuse and irregular wear patterns, and all related documentation
  • Following the proper guidelines for the mounting and dismounting of tires
