We’re currently looking for a Commercial Tire Technician and Delivery (Stand-In) to join our team and help keep vehicles rolling safely. This dynamic role involves repairing, inspecting, and maintaining commercial customer tires to ensure safety and optimal performance, with occasional driving duties to assist with customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with Chauffer/For Hire Endorsement (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on commercial vehicles efficiently and safely
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions
• Inspect tires and vehicles for any additional issues or maintenance needs
• Stand in as a delivery driver as needed, ensuring safe and timely product deliveries
• Deliver products in various weather conditions when covering routes, maintaining a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle during use
• Assist with loading and unloading tires efficiently at both Pomp’s and client site locations
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team operations
