Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night/weekend service commission. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call programs. This position is considered “safety-sensitive” for purposes of Washington State Senate Bill 5123, as impairment while working in this position presents a substantial risk of death for the employee. Because this position serves customers and services customer vehicles, impairment while working in this position also presents a substantial risk of death for the customer. As such, final candidates for this position will be screened for the presence of non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites and offers of employment will be rescinded if said screening nets a positive result. Once hired, employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident screening, and positive results will result in immediate termination under company policies.
