About The Position

As a full-time Outside Service Technician at Purcell Tire and Service Centers, you will be responsible for addressing customer tire and service needs in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves working on-site at customer locations and responding to roadside assistance calls, utilizing the proper tools and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Mid-level Driver's License required.
• Under 1 year of commercial tire experience required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• 3-year clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); no DUIs and no more than 2 moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations.
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replace commercial tires/wheels.
• Respond to service calls as scheduled by the service manager.
• Keep the service vehicle fully stocked.
• Conduct preventative maintenance of the service vehicle, including daily inspections and oil changes.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean-up, and organization.
• Complete other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management.
